Justin M. Bougher, Attorney at Law
Justin Bougher was born on the west side of Chicago, Illinois. Justin attended college at the University of Iowa and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English in 2006. After graduation he returned to Chicago and attended the DePaul University College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2010. After graduating from DePaul, Justin moved to Macomb where he worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in McDonough County until 2014 when he joined the firm. He took over the firm from his
former partners in May of 2020 and has been running it ever since.
Justin now lives in Macomb with his wife, Stephanie, and their sons, Hayden and Noah. He practices primarily criminal defense and civil litigation. He represents the criminally accused in a range of counties including McDonough, Warren, Henderson, Knox, Fulton, Hancock, and Schuyler.

Ryan M. Krisher, Attorney at Law
Ryan M. Krisher was born and raised in Galesburg, Illinois. Upon graduating high school in 2013, Ryan attended Carl Sandburg College, at the Galesburg campus, where he received an Associates in Art.
Following his graduation, Ryan transferred to Loyola University Chicago where he graduated with honors in 2017, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
After graduating Loyola, Ryan attended law school at The University of Tulsa College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor with highest honors in 2020. During Ryan’s time at TU, Ryan was involved in many school organizations, but to name a few: The Tulsa Law Review, the Board of Advocates, and Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Society.
Ryan joined the firm in 2019 as an intern and continued in that position until he was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association in January of 2021. At that time, Ryan transitioned into an Associate with the firm, until he became a partner in December of 2021.
Ryan focuses his practice on estate planning, agriculture law, corporate law, estate administration, real estate, and civil litigation.
Ryan lives in Macomb, Illinois, and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering through various local organizations.
Dustin Clark, Attorney at Law
Dustin Clark was born and raised in Mahomet, Illinois. Dustin attended Millikin University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in philosophy in 2010, graduating summa cum laude. Dustin then worked for Oregon Mutual Insurance as an insurance adjuster before attending the University of Wisconsin Law School. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2014 and graduated cum laude and was awarded Order of the Coif for his academic performance.
Dustin began his legal career at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel in New York City where he worked with lenders acting as underwriters on corporate bond offerings and syndicated loans. He also worked on a range of litigation matters focusing on corporate and securities compliance. Dustin moved to Rushville in 2016 with his wife, Heidi, and their two children, Ava and Hayden, and formed Clark & Jones with his law partner, Robert A. Jones (retired). Dustin merged Clark & Jones with Bougher, Krisher & Associates, Attorneys at Law, P.C. in August 2023. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, real estate, estate planning, agricultural law, and corporate law.
Stephanie Hilton, Attorney at Law
Stephanie M. Hilton was born and raised in Hancock County, Illinois. Stephanie attended Monmouth College where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After graduating from Monmouth, she attended Northern Illinois College of Law. She returned to the area after graduation to begin practicing law. Stephanie was previously the McDonough County Public Defender prior to joining the firm in 2024.
Stephanie lives in Macomb with her husband and two sons. She’s an avid book reader and dog enthusiast.
Stephanie focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, mediation and real estate.
